Contractual Relationships
We provide all legal services in the area of contractual relationships regulated by the civil and commercial codes, especially those arising from contractual relationships based on purchase and sales agreements and work contracts. We also serve our clients’ needs by drafting or proof-reading agreements, advising clients of their rights as per a given agreement, by representing them in the case of proceedings before trial or arbitration court, and by providing legal help in enforcing rulings of trial or arbitration court.

European Law
We provide legal counsel in the area of the rules and regulation of EU Law, and regarding their implications for our clients.
Representation at Constitutional Court
We represent our clients in protecting their contitutionally-guaranteed rights in proceedings before the Constitutional Court. Among those we have filed on behalf of our our clients at Constitutional Court have been Tax and Customs grievances, and petitions for the restitution of illegally confiscated real estate and land. Among our successes there has been the juridically ground-breaking decision of the Constitutional Court that the the Czech Land Fund shall award Compensatory Land in cases of justified restitution claims.
Representation before the European Court of Human Rights
In the case where our clients have human rights and fundamental freedoms grievances, we offer experienceed representation before the European Court of Human Rights.
